I've raised this same issue too. Initially just seemed to be BCC email. But now can't send an email to two or more whether "open" or BCC. With or without attachments.

It's very frustrating.

It doesn't make any difference whether the emails I send have multiple recipients or not, an attachment or not, BCC or not. Everything immediately comes back with the same error - Undeliverable -550 spam etc.

I've tried sending simple text emails to known contacts and using Outlook on another computer. Again, the same issue. 

I have a Gmail account which I also use with Outlook and that works perfectly fine. It's only my BT account with the problem.

For me everything works fine via the BT website, or from my phone and on another laptop.

Are the phone and other laptop using the same broadband connection as the problem laptop?

@RevDGray  PS you are making things difficult to follow by posting with the same problem on 2 threads with different information on each. Please stick to your other thread.

I noticed that the email would not go if there was a web link in the body of the text. I cut out the link and it sent. Well this is no good to me! I need to refer people to my web pages!

I've had this problem for 3 days now but I see that many others have had this issue unresolved for much longer.  I am the Media & PR Officer for a regional motorsport  association and cannot afford for this to inhibit me from circulating our hundreds of members and officials with critical updates to technical and regulatory information.  When can this be resolved?  If this is likely to be something that BT cannot action soon, I need to know.

So why on earth are you using a consumer grade ISP based email system rather than a proper email system with a good SLA?
