Same here in Meltham, have 4g mini hub but the speed is next to useless.
Support was supposed to call me back but nothing, hopefully tomorrow this will be sorted out.
I can check the Openreach site tomorrow. I have access to network status reports.

Thanks my internet has come back online this morning around 4 ish it seems although the BT site still says there is a major service incident still ongoing
actually still dropping out this morning .
Whatever it was/is, it had nothing to do with the Openreach network.
