Parental Controls not working

My Parental controls are set to 'moderate' and I have blocked youtube.com.

However I can still get to youtube.com when I type in the url in the address bar.

My controls have worked ok in the past, but don't seem to be operating anymore. 

Can this be resolved?

I'm sorry that you are having problems blocking Youtube using BT Parental Controls.  Can you have a look at this and let me know if it helps?  -  How to block Youtube using BT Parental Controls?

Yes, I had seen that page (which is a bit out of date!), and had also used those settings...

However, despite these settings, and the report that the controls are active:

All devices connected to my broadband can still access youtube
