Parental Controls

Good evening, Parental Controls has been turned on but it is not manageable in MyBT as Myextras is not there, its just showing the activate button which when clicked says it will take 2 hrs to turn on, however it IS on as its saying light filter is on if you try to search certain sites and blocking them. I am therefore stuck with parental controls on but them showing on MyBT as off and no way to turn them off or manage them if i wanted to leave them on in the first place.

 

Please help!
