I am unable to activate Parental controls - I just get the message that it will update in a couple of hours but it never progresses from there.
Any help much appreciated.

Hi @Adam4, welcome to the forum, and thanks for posting. Sorry that you are having a problem with the Parental Controls.
Would you check you are using BT's DNS server settings and let us know?
