Please Help BT and EE customers can not not view our website

I really hope a moderator picks this up and points us in the right direction 😞

Since Tuesday customers using EE mobile or BT are struggling to load the website below.  Sometimes the site will load and sometimes it will just stick for minutes at a time. Adding to the basket seems to be an issue the site is just freezing. We are losing customers because of this and we do not know where to even start to look to fix the issue.  Our website team and server company have narrowed it down to EE & BT but how can we fix this issue please ?   No issues with other service providers only EE Mobile and BT.

The site is not blocked and has been live since 2005.

Many thanks

Hi @JDutton  we have tested belle-lingerie.co.uk on BT Mobile and on a couple of domestic broadband connections and the website is loading ok.

Hi thank you it is EE mobile that seems to be the biggest issue provided by BT.  The fault is also intermittent and it seems to be when the items are added to basket.   Apparently BT's server is not responding

Hi @JDutton, thanks for getting back to me. Have you reported this to EE or posted it on their forum?

cheers

Re: Please Help BT and EE customers can not not view our website

Hi no can you point me in the right direction as I am not sure the best place to post the issue would be.

It is quite a serious issue that needs to be resolved.  BT provide the service to EE.  We also have BT customers reporting the same issue therefore it must be connected.

It is hard to know where to start looking. We have been told that there is a problem with a BT server somewhere failing, and how do we even know how to report that ?  In the meantime we lose a lot of money in sales
