When we first moved into our home the max speed the ADSL checker said we could could have was 80 down and 20 up, and the hub reflected that. However over the last few months the speed has dropped to 49 down and 12 up with a noise margin of 9db if I'm reading it right. Can our line be reset or something?

Hi there, the home hub info is as follows and the dial test was all fine.
connection time is only 8hrs was that a manual reset or hub dropping connection? have you noticed the hub dropping connection often
It was a manual reset
It looks like you are in a banded profile perhaps due to the connection dropping more frequently either in the past or what you have noticed recently. Once a month would not cause that to happen.
So would a line reset put this back to how it should be? If so what details are needed to do this?
If you can maintain a stable connection with no drops or resets then DLM should reduce noise margin and increase speed but could take a few weeks
Since it's been like this for months and our 'guaranteed minimum' is 64, could the line be reset anyway?
