After a couple of years without problems a few weeks ago I found I was unable to send emails via Microsoft Outlook and also unable to contact my FTP client to edit a website.
I ran a tracert and found the block appears to be a BT server. How is this solved?
If I use a VPN the problems disappear, however I shouldn't have to pay extra for a VPN to use BT broadband.
Anyone else having this problem or solved it?
