Tried to log in on firestick error id153. Reset router did not fix issue. Tried on phone. Error I'd 003 no account. Reset password still not working... frustrating

It's not an issue with your password @kirkybhoy - we can't find a valid subscription on the BT ID you're using.
Have you followed the steps at www.bt.com/help/id003 as per the error message you were shown?
Please follow the instructions at www.bt.com/help/id003 - this solves 99% of issues.
Step 3.Check your BT ID account role is listed as Account holder
The BT ID you commented with earlier is NOT the account holder, so isn't entitled to use the BT Sport subscription.
The user ID you're logged into these forums with IS the account holder - use that to log into the app instead, and it'll work.
