Whole home - disc keeps going onto 2.4GHz resulting in "poor" status

Hi All

I've had the full sizes BT whole home discs for nearly a year and they've been perfect, however in the last month one of the discs keeps showing a status of poor connection despite no disc locations etc changing.

Whenever it shows a poor connection i've noticed the disc is connecting using a 2.4GHz connection to the furthest disc whereas when all discs are blue they are using 5GHz and connecting to the nearest discs.

When on 2.4GHz my speed is dropping dramatically so want it to stay on 5GHz.

Are there any advanced settings I can change so I can make it prefer 5GHz? it was working like this for months so no idea whats changed, its not firmware as I have auto update turned off, I did check for updates but I am on the most current firmware.

Thanks 🙂
