Wondering if you wonderful people can help. When I was on EE I was getting 20 meg upload, I am on BT and now its only 9meg if I am lucky. I would love to know if I am banded? Or an I on the right profile? Did a BT speedtest and it came back with 50meg? Something doesnt quite feel right?

Can you try the quiet line test? - dial 17070 option 2 - should hear nothing - best done with a corded phone. if cordless phone you may hear a 'dull hum' which is normal

Your connections time is only 3hrs is that due to hub dropping connection or manual reset?
Your have a 55/15mb connection so I assume you are on fibre 2 package

I had the same issue now whether they'll do anything is another matter as upload isn't covered. In my case the support guy I spoke to could see a lot of errors plus resyncing going on so logged the call.
They managed to get the speed up to spec by resetting the dslam but the line was unstable so they had to slap on interleave which meant I lost a bit of the max speed but the line stayed up plus I still had full speed on the uplink.
In mine case the phone was perfect zippo noise.
It’s so odd.. I’m just gonna leave it and see if it picks up.
