mcafee for android phone

I'm trying to download mcafee for android. Get to the download page, click the link, but nothing happens.
Tried different browsers, same result.
Tried download mcafee for windows and downloads fine.
Any ideas, please?

Should have said, this was from a link sent to me from BT.
Also tried downloading on PC as well as phone. Same result

Hi @kiwibob, sorry you're having a problem setting up the Virus Protect on your android phone. 

Have a look at This Post from Neil and try that and see if that resolves the issue for you.

You can get it from the Google Play Store directly. Just search "BT Virus Protect" and install it. You will not be able to activate at the moment though. When I click on the Manage button for BT Virus Protect it bombs out back to the My BT main page with a Error Code 31 in the URL. It is being looked into...

Hi,

Yes, Neil's method worked.
I had some trouble as the app I D/L was Mcafee virus protect. 
The correct one is BT Virus protect
Also, had problems with the password, it wasn't clear you had entered it correctly, but got there in the end..
