virus protect

my virus protect is about to expire and no way can I renew it I have spent hours on the phone to Bt and yet it will expire tomorrow and will not allow me to reactivate.  I remove it and reinstal to no avail my other computer is fine

i had to wait until it had one day left to go and reinstalled it through my BT and it worked!
