BT Baby Monitor 6000 - Screen stopped working

I have a BT Baby Monitor 6000. The screen suddenly stopped working although one green light was on in the side panel. 

Having read a number of posts, i let the battery drain to see if it might start back up. Nothing.

I then held down the menu and power buttons after re-charging it thinking this might reset. It blinked. But now i have one red light and 2 green lights - something i cannot find any information on online so no idea whats wrong with it.

Anyone had that issue? Thanks

it is not within warranty but is less than 2yrs old

Your best bet would be to contact the out of warranty number as posted by @Keith_Beddoe .

Hi @sunit1000, did you get anywhere with this situation? 

my monitor is no longer in warranty but as it was a replacement for my last faulty monitor it is only 14 months old. 

But no one seems to be able to help me.
