TV Box is not working.
Screen moves between "BT Waking Up" then after a while it moves to "youview please wait" then returns to BT Waking etc ....
It is a BT Recordable TV Box and old.
A) Tried Reboot -failed.
B) Tried "Reset to Keep Recordings" - failed.
C) Tried "Reset to Delete Recordings" - failed.
D) Tried to reset by Remote - failed as no communication between Remote/TV Box
Hence, no other options left from BT instructions.
E) Tried "Software Reset (Recommended)" to see what would happen.
For approximately a few seconds the reset appeared to commence and then it reverted to the initial state of "BT Working" & "youview please wait" and continued for however long I left the TV Box switched on.
B), C) & E) were tried three times each with the same result.
Hence this email.
