BT smart monitor temperature different on app and monitor

Hello,

I’ve just bought a smart monitor, and the temperature on the app and the monitor are showing as hugely different. Currently it says the room is 19 degrees on the monitor, but 24 degrees on the app. How can this be and how do I fix it?
