Bt equipment returns

I returned all my Bt equipment in a box using the plastic envelope supplied. 3kgs weight.27/3 I have proof of posting etc.

they confirmed receipt of one of the items 29/3.I put all the  items in the one box.

I am now receiving messages to say they have not received anything and I may be charged.

spoke to an advisor but this did not help.

can you help?
