Hi,
I opened my Smart Hub 2 box to find that there was no adapter for the power supply. As in, the one that clicks into it with the 3 ends. My installation is due on 12/04/2023 and i am very much panicky about this missing crucial part of the setup. What do i do? Will the engineer have an extra part? I have no idea!

I am sorry that a part of the power supply is missing. I understand your installation is in for tomorrow. Give my colleagues in the helpdesk a call on 0330 1234 150 and one of the guys will be happy to help you out.
