I also have a hub to return but no longer have the returns bag and nothing appears on the website when I open it up. There seems to be no way of ordering a return envelope.
Can I also ask for one to be sent to me?

If you're in a hurry for this then please ring 0800 800 150 and customer services will arrange for it to be sent to you.
