Return of Equipment

I've received an email reminder that the Halo 4G Mini Hub

352561225521843is awaiting return as is still indicated on my account.

This was sent back using the bags supplied at the same time as the old router receipt of which was acknowledged as received.

I have proof of postage for both items the details of which are shown below however I am not sure which receipt relates to the Mini Hub.

Proof of postage receipt details:-

Session  Id 1-984384 , Date 06/04/2023 addressed Building name or number UNITS1-2, POSTCODE CW25XF

Session  Id 1-984383 , Date 06/04/2023 addressed to BT RETURNS POSTCODE XX505NN Destination GBR barcode number ************

Weight 801 g

How do I get the receipt confirmed as I have replied to the BT email but got a response that emails are not read.
