I have received a returns kit for my old router. It's all packaged and sealed now, with the returns label attached. However, before taking this to the Post Office, it has occurred to me that I have not enclosed any of my details - how will you know that the returned device is from me?

The bar code on the bag is used to track and mark the equipment as received back. Also always keep your proof of postage from the Post Office until you can see the equipment has been marked as received back.
