Returned items undelivered by Royal Mail

Posted faulty router to BT Returns address using pre-paid label. Have proof of posting. Checked tracking and says delivery failed because no one available to receive goods at 21:43 07 Dec. Tracking details : QX992512039GB. Receiving email reminder to return item.

Call BT  0330 1234 150 with your Proof of Postage and they will update your account.

It is not your problem if there is no person in at BT!
