Returning Equipment

Hi,

I've ended my contract with BT and received a letter to say I need to return my equipment.

How do I go about getting this sorted?

if you have not received a returns bag automatically then phone CS 03301234150 and request returns bag

Thank you for posting. The quickest way to get the Returns bag is to call the number @imjolly has posted.

If you are unable to call and don't mind a delay of a day or two, one of the moderation team would be able to order that for you.

Thanks for sending us your details. 

I've ordered a returns bag to be sent to you, this will allow you to return equipment once your service ends with BT.
