I've cancelled my account and keep getting emails from BT telling me that time is running out to send my kit back. The first bag / postage label didn't arrive. I have clicked on the "Return my kit" option to request another, and that hasn't arrived. I tried to call the support desk and it said wait times were over 20 minutes, and it says I can not reply to the email telling me to get it sent back.
I don't really want BT to take the £190 they are looking for - can anybody point me in the right direction to make this work?
(Edit - I did post this on twitter as well, and somebody has got back to me on there - hopefully all good)
