I recently returned some kit successfully, however, I received another email to say they are still waiting for the Disc to be sent back. After checking I realised that I had not included it in the returns bag. The email says that I need to login to my account and request a returns kit but there is nowhere for me to click to arrange this and I have been through every tab I can clock on to try and find this. Can someone please assist to get a returns bag sent out to my home address so that I can return the disc?

Having the same issue, nowhere on my BT account to arrange a returns Kit. I previously had one but forgot to put in the bag one of my pieces of equipment so need another returns bag sent out. Can you please assist?
just phone CS 03301234150 and request returns bag
Hi, @seejay789 did you use the log in to MyBT link from the reminder email as that should bring you to the right webpage to order a replacement?

Yes I did Neil,
It just takes me to my homepage and nowhere to click to order a returns kit.
I did have a returns kit previously but I sent everything back and forgot to put in the disc so I need another. Not sure if this is the issue. I have seen from previous posts that if you have used the link before then it doesn't work the second time.

I have the same problem, I've been asked to return something but when you click on the link, the Returns Kit Bag info is nowhere to be seen - please help
