Hi @100icki welcome to the community and thanks for posting, is it only the Smart Hub 2 that's being delivered? If so, they're packaged in a way that will allow them to fit through a standard-sized letterbox and won't require a signature if no one's in.
If this isn't suitable and the parcel hasn't been dispatched yet we will be able to change the delivery address, I'll send you a private message so you can get in touch with the moderation team.

but customer service is top notch.

Have you tried calling Customer Services 0800.800.150 who will be able to do that for you.
