I am trying to return equipment to BT but haven't received the returns bag, and there is no where on the site to order a new one please help!!! have tried logging in, phoning emails but are getting no where

I am sorry for the problems you've experienced getting hold of a returns kit. As you've had problems arranging the kit up to this point we'll pick up and get one sent out to you.
