My SH2 updated on 2February to the firmware version in this thread and has been a nightmare every since. Loss of connection at various times of the day with night time being the worse.
I've never seen my SH2 report such a low downstream speed.
BT meant to be calling between 8 and 1 today. Not heard anything yet.

BT dispatched a new SH2 which arrived a few days later.
After the usual annoyance of 3 hours of re-setting all things wifi back up; it appears to have worked fine and solved the issue.
I suspect that older SH2s aren't handling the firmware update well. Mine was 6½ years old.
