Then that is a BT Business only product, assuming you have place an order with BT Business, as its not available to residential customers.
Are you sure its BT that you placed your order with, and not another provider that may offer fibre on demand?

Yes it is definitely Bt, we have filed a complaint with ombudsman as BT/openreach said there was nothing they could do to restore our connection and issued us with a deadlock letter (have since said otherwise but I won’t hold my breath)
apologies when you said estimate I thought you were referring to estimate of installation time.
