Hi, I have been speaking with one of your advisers and showed him all the logs. However, he insisted on testing my connection, then asked me to reconnect everything and continue monitoring it for another 48 hours. I do not understand why I cannot simply get a replacement hub.
Talked with another agent, asked a few questions and ran a few tests, and got a replacement hub ordered within 15 minutes. With the first agent, I spent two hours and got nowhere. He also raised a complaint on my behalf even though I didn’t ask him to. Some people just don’t want to help.
