Hi,
I cannot ping another BT business static IP
Pinging 81.150.x.x (BT static IP for email server) with 32 bytes of data: Request timed out.
Actually, the whole IP block is blocked.
It works fine from a BT 4G Assure stick and it works from other networks.

How to get BT to fix this?

I tried to call BT several times "static IP access is not BT responsibility"

Are you sure the address is configured to respond to pings, it probably isn't.
