Blue light but no internet

Hi my internet is blue light but no internet try factory reset try both WiFi and wired it been fine my 2 year old unplug it now we just got is any help please

If you have FTTP (Fibre) and you have a white  powers Openreach box on the wall that your hub connects to you could try powering that off for 5 minutes, power the hub down also, leave the hub off and power the white box back on, wait 5 minutes then power the hub back on.

Maybe some sort of stuck session on the fibre perhaps.

Then again if you dont have fibre this is largely irrelevant.
