Broadband cutting out once per day for around 1 min?

Hi all,

I’ve had BT Fibre 2 for around 2 months now, but over the last couple of weeks this rather annoying occurrence has starting happening and I don’t understand why.

When the broadband/WiFi is working, it works really well and I’ve had no problems with speed. However, pretty much every day at some point, without warning, it will spontaneously cut out for about a minute - the light on the hub will turn orange, and then it’ll shortly come back on.

This is particularly annoying as it has now happened a few times during work meetings, and has also happened whilst I’m watching live TV through the box.

Has anyone else experienced this? And if so, how did you fix it? Thanks.

I haven’t noticed it cut out for a week or so now, so I’ll keep an eye out for if it happens again. The actual speed has been fine though.
