Broadband

I have made several phone calls to BT about my broadband and they are now saying I need a new router.i am sending back one router as I have BT essentials at £16 month I am so confused

Thanks for coming to the community. 

Have you upgraded to a new router and broadband package? Or, are you having connection problems and the team have advised a replacement router is needed?
