Great result, and TBH , the overwhelming number of installations will be absolutely fine , it’s just those people don’t tend to post ( anywhere ) , it’s much more likely that the small number who have problems with their installations  are motivated to post of their dissatisfaction ( that’s  understandable ) but it probably does give a false impression that installation problems are inevitable, but in reality they are the exception.

That's fine as it's all done & dusted now & I've sent a form to Openreach saying how great the installation went.

I also find the BT staff very good, when I first joined & today when I did the upgrade.
