I am sure it used to say up to 80MB, but now all I have is..
I don't think I had a disconnect for 12 months until the new Halo equipment was delivered - In all that time it was also a solid 40MB, same as it is now.
Is this something I should enquire about? raise a ticket?

certainly looks like capped at 40mb but with attainable at 50mb even when cap removed you are not going to get more than 50mb
Hi, @mick1966 Welcome to the community and thanks for posting, there does appear to be scope for improvement but your SNR is a little high so that could be a contributing factor to the loss of speed. I'll send you a private message and we'll be happy to check your connection and make sure you're on the correct profile for your plan.

Hi All,
I would just like to say all my issues have now been fixed, I have a solid connection with no dropouts for several days and my speeds have increased by nearly 30%.
I would like to thank @DanielS for his assistance and communications during the problems and can only recommend him as he is an asset to this board and BT.
