Who do I complain too , engineer was ment to come today (20th oct ) between 1-6,when I checked the app now coming 1 Nov . no email or text to say they had cancelled appointment.
Ive tried to phone twice today but been on on hold for over 40 each time before I gave up and I can't find an email address ---hope this is not the way the treat all new customers

BT and openreach are on strike today hence why no engineer and difficulty in getting through to BT
they are also on strike on Monday 24/10
