Fibre 2 - Stuck on Fibre 1 profile

I seem to have the same issue, ordered Fibre 2 but provisioned to Fibre 1 @JohnC2  would you be able to take a look at my setup. An engineer was booked for Friday to resolve as there was also a fault identified on the line when the test was run.

Doesn’t look to have worked I rebooted the hub also.
