Hello

How do I request fibre in my area? I’ve recently moved only down the road and I have no fibre. My internet is absolutely shocking! I’m meant to have 12mbps and it barely reaches 2! I really need to request fibre but unsure on how. Any help would be great 😀

If fibre isn't available to you, you can't just request it.

You still haven't said which exchange it is. It will say Exchange X Cabinet 20 at the to

Exchange BUDE is served by Cabinet 20

Unfortunately, Bude Cabinet 20 is not fibre enabled.
