That’s precise information and it answers my question perfectly regarding the Ethernet cable run. I can now check where the spare conduits run from the garage to the attic and then down into the office. I’ll pre‑install the cable through those routes and leave plenty of excess at both ends so the engineer has flexibility during the router installation.
