Full Fibre in my area

Hello,

Over a year ago now I asked if you were going to be providing full fibre down my road (post code TW15 3HN). I have seen countless Kelly communications vans, open reach vans and BT vehicles down my road almost every other day, yet everytime I check you cannot offer more than 10mbps. Virgin Media have taken (and still are) over a year to provide me with my circuit and endless excuses.

My question: who do I need to complain to/keep on at to get the internet I am after, down my road from BT as I would much rather be with yourselves as I was in the past and the service was great.

PLEASE HELP!

Re: Full Fibre in my area

the provision of fibe to your road has nothing to do with BT Retail but is controlled by openreach and you can try here

https://www.openreach.com/broadband-network/fibre-availability

Re: Full Fibre in my area

My suggest would be keep an eye on the two sites below -

BetterInternetDashboard - https://bidb.uk/

BT Broadband Availability Checker - https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL
