Full Fibre

Recently upgraded to full fiber Halo 3+ all good except the EE Hybrid wont connect it does pair with router but then gets  the flashing red lights at the  bottom where they should turn blue , have done all tests, BT  support sent second EE router  and 5G Antennas still   same fault ,  also tried at all over the house no luck .

When engineer was attending he did not install EE  Hybrid as there is an issue with them , he informed only install when internet goes down .

Got EE on  my mobile no issues strong signal , at a loss on this one

Re: Full Fibre

Openreach Engineers and or their Contractors don’t install the 4G Mini Hub.

Its a BT Product that Openreach have no involvement in.

Re: Full Fibre

Technically they should not advertise  unbreakable WIFI as other people  have the same  the fault have no back up if EE router does not work

Re: Full Fibre

Telling me that does not resolve the issue I have , bottom line there is an issue with the EE Hybrid with red lights flashing , BT now have admitted reluctantly there is an issue
