The 10m Rule that exists for FTTP in a House doesn’t apply to MDU as they use a different type of Cable.
A house would have Inside Out Fibre whereas MDU’s use an Invislight cable that comes with a pre-made Connector at each end. It coils up inside a small white box and the Engineer spools off how much is needed and leaves the rest in the box.
I can’t remember exactly how long the cable is but it’s some distance.
