Converted to full fibre 21/02/24 service failed. have had no broadband or landline since. Lodged a complaint 23/02/24. issued with almost useless mini hub but still no land line. told by advisor that the problem was with the exchange. Has any one else on Anglesey had the same problem? Have one more week before contacting the Ofcom ombudsman and any additional evidence would be gratefully accepted.
What LEDS are lit on your ONT?
All led's lit. My system tested many times and all OK. Just been informed Open reach are still trying to fix the exchange issue so possibly next week but I won't be holding my breath.

Are you sure about that? The LOS LED and PON LED can't be lit at the same time as one means no input the other means it does have an input.
No idea. Just all 3 led are lit. According to BT the problem is with the exchange and is affecting other customers. Open reach are supposedly going to shut down everyone and restart the system. this is the only information i have been given and my complaint is still open
