Internet Goes Down Countless Times! How do I Read A Log To Find Out Why?

Hopefully this is the right place. For the past week, I've been having an ongoing issue with my BT broadband. The connection will drop about 2 to 5 times an hour. A BT Engineer is coming out Tuesday but I've got no faith that a fault will be found.

For the past year or so we have 5 engineers out and they reset the line and say they can't find an issue and thats that but this is the worse the connection has been. Usually I get 5 dropouts a day but it can be 5 an hour now. I'm not sure if there's something on my network thats causing the issue but I'm just clueless how to read the logs. Any idea where to start?

Can you post hub stats - hub manager/advanced settings/ technical log/information

Check line for noise. Dial 17070 option 2 should be silent and best with corded phone

There you go. I can't check for line noise as I don't have a landline. So unable to check for noise.

I have very little faith they will truly fix anything.
