Internet dropping out overnight and when it rains

Can you assist me I have fttc and it appears that I get regular internet drop out during the night from 2230 to 0630 most nights and also the internet drops out when it's raining, sometimes my phone line is noisy but other times it's quiet, I am at loss as to what to do.

Report a phone fault, preferably when it's actually noisy.

Thanks for posting. Sorry you're having problems. From what you've mentioned it sounds like a problem with your line. You'll need to report that as a fault but if you have any problems doing that check your inbox for my message and drop me a reply with the details.
