After little over months mt fibre has completely stopped working, i have followed all guidance and requested a technician to sort the problem to absolutely nothing with regards of a resolution to solving the issue.
At what point is a subsidised rate or refund for lack of services applicable?

I am sorry for the recent broadband downtime. Have you tried giving our guides a shout in the helpdesk on 0330 1234 150? You will be entitled to compensation if there is a delay repairing the fault. See here for full info: Automatic compensation - BT
