then change channel not viseo below
go to about two mins 9 seconds on the video if you disable smart wift the should br ablr to change channrl in the wifi settings shown
skip to 2 minutes and 9 seconds after disabling smart wifi in link 1
hi @shakey, i appreciate your replies, however im not using wifi im connected via ethernet through the TP link adapters, so changing channel won’t do anything as im not connected via wifi. I think we’ve came to the conclusion that it is a fault sky q mini boxes, and my next step will be swapping over the sky box with another one to see if the problem persists.
Swapping over the Sky Q boxes seems to have fixed the issue. Thank you for your help.
