Question about fibre availability by exchange cabinet

Good day. 

Got question.

How it comes that street next to me has 1000Mbps available but my street has only 80Mbps  and both address are served by same exchange cabinet.

Or this is possible that my street will be excluded completely?

Simple. FTTP doesn't come from the cabinet. An area served by a cabinet for FTTC isn't necessarily the same area served by a PON for FTTP.

@licquorice reply is spot on. My advice would be to keep checking. Hopefully FTTP will be available to you soon.
