Rang bt today. Very nice young lady checked everything but found nothing. Connection came up then after a while it went again and is still down. Have checked hub and reset but no luck . Still down. Will probably end up changing supplier

I'm sorry you're having connection issues. Can you give us more detail on the issues you're seeing. Do the hub lights change when the connection drops? Is this a wireless or wired problem?
